The Third Edition. 8vo, [36], 304 p., and a folding engraved plate (torn at fold and repaired) of a diseased and flayed male member tastefully displayed on top of a rather handsome looking book. New wrappers, a good copy. The celebrated third edition, the first to have the folding plate. OCLC lists 7 copies. "Cockburn was physician to the Navy, and the inventor of a secret remedy against dysentery which brought him great wealth.
