![4to. Printed paper wrappers into which are sewn six leaves of text as well as two leaves of the publishers catalogue. The text is printed one side of he sheet only except for the wrappers and the catalogue, which are priented on both sides. Illustrated by Alfred Crowquill and with contemporary hand coloring, for a total of nine hand colored illustrations. Alfred Crowquill was the pseudonym used jointly by Alfred Henry Forrester and his brother Charles Robert Forrester; later it was used by Alfred Henry Forrester alone, as here. Date is from the printing code on p. [4] of wrappers, which reads: 4000, 2.55. Covers soiled else this is a very good copy and a scarce survival. All Brother Sunshine Series items are rare. 4to.
