New wrappers, a good copy. The celebrated third edition, the first to have the folding plate. OCLC lists 7 copies. "Cockburn was physician to the Navy, and the inventor of a secret remedy against dysentery which brought him great wealth. The present book went through four English editions" (Nigel Phillips), all of which are rare, this third especially so perhaps because of the plate.
