Original publisher drab boards, green paper spine and printed paper label. Folding hand-colored frontispiece by Henry Aiken of the two grooms exercising. Appendix contains extracts from the author's Book of Receipts, followed by an analytical index of the dialogues. Boards soiled and lightly worn at edges; upper hinge neatly repaired, armorial bookplate of Michael Holland, else a very good copy.
