Rollwagen, a welthy resident of New York, twice married with adult children, became hoarse and inform. While in this condition, he married his housekeeper, Magdalena. He was 64; she was 42. Just a month before he died he willed most of his wealth to her. This is the case for probate of the will; Arnoux was the lead counsel for Magdalena.
