The seventh edition of Sir William Jone's celebrated Persian grammar, issued posthumously and using types of W. Martin, Oriental Type Founder and Printer to the Honourable East India Company. As noted in the Advertisement,t great improvement has been made in print and paper, and the use of a new type, cut after the best examples of writing in the Nishki character.
A fine copy. The slipcase has traces of wear and aging at the edges and corners, else in in very goo condition.
