One map misfolded leaving a bit of the right margin ragged but not affecting the image; some foxing and soiling especially affecting the plates; but overall a very good copy.
With the bookplate of Hugh Craggs. Seaman Craggs missed out on accompanying Shackleton, but instead managed a voyage around the world in 1924. His fame rests mainly on a message dated 1924 that he left in a bottle which was discovered in the Galapagos Islands in 2018.
