Tucson: n.p., 1960. Letter dated May 25, 1960 typed on two half-sheets of typing paper signed by Margaret Sanger. Niceley matted. Final size is 12 by 16 inches.
Ms. Sanger thanks Mrs. Rosequist for the suggestion of a painting based on the development of the Birth Control movement, "except for the financial part of it." And then she refers Mrs. Rosequist to the "one person in the organization who would have money and perhaps an interest", but does not want to propose it herself as that person already "does a good deal for our cause..."
A fine copy.
