Aquatint engraving from Prince Alexander's 'Travels in the Interior of North America', plate 24 from volume 1. The image is about 10 by 14 inches on a sheet 12 by 18 inches. Faint sunning just inside the plate impression, else in fine condition with the coloring bright. Matted in a 15 by 19 inch mat. The embossed Bodmer stamp is present beneath the imprint.
