With three full page portraits: The frontispiece, a full page engraving of a carriage driven by Satan and drawn with griffins, carrying the Queen and two Princes; a full page portrait of King Charles I, and a full page engraving showing the Trial of the King, The explanation page opposite the trial engraving has had a lengthy tear neatly repaired, with loss of only a couple of text letters; hinges cracked but strong; binding generally rubbed and worn, but still a presentable copy.
Scarce with all three plates present.
